Our top real estate agency is currently looking for our next great creative Photographer/Videographer! The ideal candidate will work independently photographing and videoing the homes of our seller clients and doing some portrait photography of our team and events. The ideal candidate will have their own equipment. We will provide the Matterport 3d Camera. This position is compensated per shoot. There may be 1- 4 shoots per day. Generally, the photographer will be on location between 1 and 3 hours. Flexible schedules are necessary and daytime shoots are typical. Some twilight hours, Saturday, and Sunday shoots may be necessary but are not the norm. We offer an exciting atmosphere in a people-oriented business. Responsibilities: Maintain a flexible schedule and attend multiple shoots per day or week in order to meet the needs of our clients Contribute to and assist with website and social media marketing so properties and agency are represented in the best possible way Advise real estate agents and homeowners on staging during the photo shoot to help ensure the best visual results Edit and manipulate photos to produce high quality results Photograph homes listed for sale ensuring properties look their best and sell fast • Create neighborhood videos • Take Drone photo's of our listings • Use our Matterport Camera to take 3D virtual photos Qualifications: Enjoys working with all types of people and able to take constructive feedback and make adjustments Good computer skills and experience with using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop are a must Experience in real estate photography preferred but not required Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines Experience working with different lenses, lighting and video equipment • Must be familiar with the Matterport 3D Camera which we will provide Compensation: $15 - $20/hour
