    We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company on social media and planning company events. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented. Responsibilities: • Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough • Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals • Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness • Assist the Listing Manager when necessary • Maintain our social media presence • Manage our Referral Program • Manage our Review Program • Create all listing Marketing, including brochures and social media posts • Answer phones • Enter information into the MLS Qualifications: • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED • Background in real estate is required for this position • License for real estate is preferred but not required • Great written and verbal skills • Prior administrative real estate experience is a requirement Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000
