Our top real estate agency is currently looking for our next great creative Videographer! The ideal candidate will work independently videoing the homes of our seller clients, creating neighborhood videos, training videos, and general information videos. This is a position that will be a minimum of 20-25 hours/week. Could become a full-time position for the right person. This position is compensated by the hour. Generally, one day per week will be spent taking the videos, with the balance of the time being spent editing and creating a cinematic video. Flexible schedules are necessary and daytime shoots are typical. Some twilight hours, Saturday, and Sunday shoots may be necessary but are not the norm. Qualifications: Skilled in video equipment usage, lenses, lighting and photography Comfortable working with many different kinds of people and has the ability to make adjustments and act on feedback on projects Real estate videography experience a plus, but we will train the right person Can manage multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and meet all deadlines Good computer skills and experience with using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop are a must • Reliable transportation is a must • Communication is of the utmost importance • Must have their own equipment including a drone • Must have a drone license or be willing to get one Compensation: $30 Hourly
