Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth for the Bowman Agency through life insurance sales and marketing initiatives. • Identify and target potential clients by leveraging provided leads and other resources. • Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and trends that align with the agency's growth objectives. • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the sales process and ensure effective lead conversion. • Work closely with marketing and creative teams to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to attract and engage prospective clients. • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance. • Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team to enhance their effectiveness and drive revenue growth. • Foster a client-focused culture within the organization, emphasizing exceptional service and client satisfaction. • Uphold the highest standards of transparency, integrity, and ethical conduct in all revenue growth activities. Compensation: $112,000 - $145,000 yearly
