Responsibilities: Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Schedule showings, show homes and go to open houses for potential buyers • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale Qualifications: Great communication and social skills A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry Compensation: $80,000+
