Job Description:

As a Food Runner/Busser at The Branch, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a exceptional experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Food Running: Efficiently deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables with precision and attention to detail.

2. Table Clearing: Clear and reset tables promptly after guests have finished their meals, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

3. Customer Service: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.

4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

5. Adherence to Standards: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and follow safety and health regulations.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a food runner or busser in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
