Customer Service Representative

CSR Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain promotional area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers

CSR Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Data entry skills for accurately inputting customer information
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers
- Sales experience is desirable, including upselling techniques
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Multilingual skills are advantageous for assisting customers from different backgrounds
