We currently have a Senior Superintendent opportunity available with an established, very well-respected General Contractor in the Phoenix area. They have an incredible track record with excellent clients. They consistently deliver superior construction and design/build services of exceptional value and offer a long-term career to their people.

They are looking to add an experienced, commercial, ground-up Superintendent to their team in Arizona. Details are as follows:  

• Project Types: Someone who can build a variety of commercial projects in the $5-$15MM range as a lead superintendent; preferably with ground up, tilt-wall, big box or CMU/Steel experience.
• Location: The ideal candidate can either be local or willing to relocate depending on timing and circumstances.
• Tenure: Will need to at least have 8-10 years commercial construction experience.
• Management: One of the most important assets is having the ability to manage substantial commercial projects and being able to manage, create and cultivate relationships with owners, sub-contractors and co-workers.
