We are currently searching for a Multi-Family Project Manager for a client (General Contractor) in the greater Austin metro area.

Our client is an established, well respected builder with an incredible track record of success throughout the United States. They are a people-first organization and are very diverse in project types and delivery methods.

Details on our need are as follows:

• Multi-family experience is mandatory. This can be either wood-frame apartments and/or podium-deck mixed use experience. General commercial experience will be considered but multi-family is the strong preference.

• 7-15 years of experience in a Project Management capacity.

• Ability and desire to multi-task, engage in client-interface and lead project team.

• Local experience is preferred but not required.
