We are working with one of the nation's top Commercial Developers and have a specific need for a Development Manager in the Dallas market.

• Extensive Construction Management experience on large, commercial projects. 
• Well rounded skillset (Pre-construction, contract management, risk mitigation, contract negotiations, financial analysis).
• Ability to interface and communicate effectively with other Development team members, local and nationally.
• 10+ years of relevant experience as listed above.
• Design/Build experience is a strong preference.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction engineering, civil engineering, or architecture
