The ideal candidate will have experience in administration in real estate, leasing, title or mortgage and is very client focused. The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must. Responsibilities: Build, implement and manage all systems for customers, database management and back office support to improve productivity Provide exceptional customer service as the point person for complaints or questions and resolve issues quickly to improve customer retention and referral rates Keep team members informed about challenges and issues that need to be handled to ensure open lines of communication on the team Act as a liaison between customers and team members for optimum proficiency Coordinate marketing events and client activities to promote our business Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skill-sets • Manage and facilitate inbound and outbound referrals Qualifications: Knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, email, etc. Time management is important; complete changing tasks on a day to day basis with little supervision Able to build lasting relationships with clients by providing understanding and effective service to their needs Customer service experience in our industry is preferred Must be organized, proficient and on-time Display excellent verbal and written communication skills Maintain confidentiality when assisting to problem-solve for clients and the team Compensation: $10 - $12 hourly
