Responsibilities: • Assist homebuyers with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Negotiate property sales between buyer and seller to achieve desired results • Host weekend Open Houses to engage with potential clients and provide information on the local real estate market • Create relationships with buyers and sellers, and guide them through transactions • Prospect for clients with our proven systems and models • Manage leads by phone, email, text, and CRM • Nurture and build a Database of clients • Be a team player with participation in meetings and events put on by the team Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Understand real estate sales, and how to close a deal. • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Be able to problem-solve, and come up with solutions. • Be coachable and are value learning. • Ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Flexible hours • Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation • Must have or be pursuing a Texas Real Estate License Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000
