THE BRIDGER GROUP is an Executive Search firm that focuses on the placement of Sales and Business Development professionals within the Building Products and Commercial Interiors industry. We are currently seeking a recruiter to drive our candidate traffic for our building products division. Our specialized mentoring program will groom you to handle all aspects of diagnosing client needs, as well as sales, recruiting and candidate selection strategies. You will learn to effectively communicate with C Level Executives in order to help them meet their talent needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in the recruiting industry or sales (2 years minimum)
• Any knowledge of building products or commercial interiors industry is a plus but not required
• Money motivated and self driven
