We are excited to offer an UNPAID INTERNSHIP opportunity to candidates looking for experience in human resources, business administration, and social media. Our office is happy to work with our interns in regard to college credit if applicable. This opportunity is PART TIME, with FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR team with writing press releases, sourcing resumes, and reviewing potential candidates
- Work with management team to coordinate incoming candidates: greeting interviewees, processing intake paperwork, and organizing scheduled candidates
- Provide administrative support to HR managers, including, calendar management, handling daily sales reports, completing expense reports, and submitting client compliance documentation
- General clerical tasks: print/copy documents, organize client collateral, and follow-up calls with customer base
- Demonstrate discretion, integrity, fair-mindedness, professional demeanor, and a persuasive, congenial personality
