    Company: The Broken Token Position: Operations Manager Location: Corbin, KY

    The Broken Token is looking for an Operations Manager to lead their new manufacturing facility in Corbin, Kentucky. This position will oversee all aspects of Manufacturing, from managing the supply chain, maintaining equipment, hiring and training production staff, and ensuring the highest level of quality control for product output.

    We are looking for a strong leader, a problem solver, and someone with the initiative to see what needs to be done and tackle issues head-on.

    Job Duties:

    Hire, train, and manage production employees while providing strong leadership with a focus on employee development and morale.

    Set production goals and review performance weekly via team meetings

    Develop outstanding employees by providing developmental assignments, coaching, timely feedback, and guidance.

    Maintain and enforce safety guidelines as required by local and federal regulations.

    Approve timecards for payroll submission.

    Manage supply chain and vendor relationships.

    Manage inventory of raw materials.

    Ensure we’re receiving the best pricing and research potential new vendors and materials to keep our costs low.

    Manage inventory of packaging materials and supplies based on demand

    Manage equipment to reduce downtime and optimize production output

    Coordinate production output by creating work orders based on product demand

    Conduct regular inventory of raw materials as well as finished products

    Coordinate with 3PL (Webbed Sphere) for B2B and B2C order fulfillment. Ensure that the product is available and in stock to maintain our service levels and shipping guarantees.

    Work with product designers and project managers to test and validate new products, ensuring that they are ready for production

    Provide production costing in order to help price new products.

    Create reports and provide production feedback to management

    Other tasks assigned as needed

    Experience and Skills:

    At least three years in a management/supervisory role

    At least three years of experience in a manufacturing/production company

    Experience with computer software for inventory management and/or production management

    Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

    High attention to detail and strong initiative (self-starter)

    Strong decision-making skills with a logical results-driven approach

    High School Diploma or GED

    The ability to run a tight ship but have fun and foster a team environment.

    Payroll Information: Salary can be $37,500 to $58,500 per year based on skill set and previous experience.
