Assistant with Growth Opportunities in Sales or Tech
You will be executive assistant to the Vice President of a family-owned Health Insurance company. We work mainly with small businesses, designing the benefits that they offer employees. Focusing on Health Insurance in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, and Florida.
You will assist the Vice President in-person and remotely throughout the course of a 30-hour work week.
The job will consist of two parts mainly:
1 - Assisting the Vice President with daily workflow, structure, and overall management of the company's support staff. Communicating on behalf of the VP with staff and vice versa. Answering phones and returning calls.
2 - Personally handling client interaction. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and email communication is necessary.
There will be many opportunities for growth, in terms of your role and compensation. Specifically, we can always use a sales person, and the upside to sales is unlimited. Also, knowledge of tech, the building of websites, and social media management -- these are areas where we are also looking to improve.
