This is an experienced position and the ultimate candidate will have at least 2 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience, previous gutter installation experience is an advantage. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. You will be expected to lead a team in the field, and still be able to perform to our high installation/ branding standards. Paid training on our systems will be given. Though installation training will be at a minimum as we expect a good level of installation experience and working safely at height to be within your abilities already.

We are currently operating two trucks and looking to add to our fleet now. Our vehicles are lightly used in good condition/ well maintained and all our equipment is new. We only use quality materials to ensure our standards are upheld as well as making it easier on the installer.

Requirements:

2 years experience in skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction

Positive attitude

Trustworthy - you will be manage a truck/ equipment.

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work outdoors/ from a ladder in all weather conditions within reason

Interest in growing with the company

Willingness to work overtime

Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus!

Compensation: Hourly Position ($15-$30) -- Salary commensurate with experience/ leadershipRequired experience:

Construction/Carpentry: 2 years

Must be 18 or older

Must have a valid drivers license
