This is an experienced position and the best candidate will have at least 2 years of skilled carpentry, gutter installation experience, and knows how to run a gutter machine. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. Compensation: Hourly Position ($20-$230) -- Salary commensurate with experience. We have a skills ladder training program which has a clear path to promotion and ability to earn more based on performance.
