DESCRIPTION OF SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- The Account Executive (Member Liaison) is the face of The Bullseye Group(BiG).
- This candidate is professional, personable, client service oriented, self motivated, and ambitious.
- Must have excellent communications and presentation skills along with strong sales and closing skills.
- The successful candidate must be capable of personal and professional commitment to The Bullseye Group, our philosophy, mission, and ethical standards.
DESCRIPTION OF SALES PROCESS
- The Account Executive will contact potential clients(members)
- Present and sell the BiG Marketplace concept
- Close and register the new client (member) before referring the client to the sales support team for completion of the profile process and activation of the BiG Marketplace Listing.
- Commissions are paid within two weeks of closing.
COMPENSATION:
Commission Categories
Commission per sale:
- Advertising: 10%
- Membership: Based on Length of Contract: $250, $300, $400
- Minimum KPI based on Commissions paid: $25,000
- Full-time potential $100,000+
ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITY: POSITIONS ARE PROMOTED FROM WITHIN
- MSA Sales Director: Salary + Override on sales within MSA
- Regional (Multiple MSAs) Sales Director: Salary + Performance Bonus
- National Sales Director: Salary + Bonus + Stock Options
