    The Buncher Company is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA, US. Responsibilities: • Based on tenant requests, prioritizes work orders and assigns maintenance and construction employees, or outside contractors as needed. Ensures tasks are completed in a timely manner and in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and lease obligations and standards. Closes out tasks when completed. • Performs routine property inspections of occupied and vacant properties to ensure cleanliness, security and overall appearance including parking lots and surrounding areas. Recommends repairs and/or maintenance as necessary. • Obtains quotes for snow removal, landscaping, and other related services as requested by the VP of Property Management. Completes purchase order process as necessary when ordering services and materials/supplies. • Knowledge of building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and Life Safety systems in commercial properties. • Provides 24/7 on-call support during off hours and weekends as assigned. • Reviews tenant Common Area Maintenance (CAM) Reconciliations. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and a minimum of four to six years of related experience in commercial property management. • CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy preferred. • Valid driver's license with good-standing driving record. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • US Work Authorization Compensation: $75,500
