    The Buncher Company is currently in search of a proficient Commercial Carpenter to become part of our team based in Pittsburgh, PA, USA! We are in need of an individual with a keen eye for construction methods and the capability to execute smaller projects with efficiency. Succeeding in this position necessitates a positive outlook, perseverance, and excellent communication abilities. As a Commercial Carpenter, your duties will involve constructing and upkeeping frameworks and fixtures, all the while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities: • Construct frameworks and structures according to blueprints, drawings, and sketches. • Renovate office and warehouse spaces using new designs. • Establish building foundations and ensure their completion. • Install doors, windows, drywall, and flooring. • Maintain compliance with health and safety standards while working independently. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience specifically in commercial construction and remodeling projects. • A solid understanding of fundamental mathematical principles is required for this role. • Physical capability to operate hand and power tools, work from heights using ladders or scaffolding, and lift objects weighing over 50 lbs is essential. • Proficiency in driving and operating commercial vehicles including dump trucks, forklifts, and skid loaders is a must. • Skilled in using electrical and manual tools, as well as measurement instruments such as powered saws, hammers, and rulers. • Previous experience in welding would be a valuable advantage in fulfilling the duties of this position. Compensation: $24 - $26 hourly
