Remote Outbound Appointment Setting Specialist

Start Date: TBD
Hours (10-15 hrs. weekly-may be more in the beginning to produce the expected number of appointments). Optional-Saturdays (to be discussed). Best calling times: M-F 8:30-10:30 am, 5:30-7:00 pm, Saturdays 9:30-12:00.
Location: Remote work from home.
Pay Rate: 1099 Contractor - $20 per appointment booked and kept. Payday to occur weekly following the submittal by contractor of a completed activity report. Activity Reports to be completed while work is occurring, and ready for review/discussion. Emailing activity reports to occur on Wednesday evening by 7:30 pm. PayPal will be utilized.
Measurables: Expectation of 15 appointments minimum per week booked on the calendar for Heath. Expected appointments kept is 65-80% when appointment takes place via phone call or zoom within 24-48 hours. If "kept" ratios fall below 65% on a monthly basis, there will be a review conducted on the phone policies and procedures to determine what additional training is needed to get appointments back on track. If low "kept" ratios continue, we will need to reevaluate the position.
Description: Using provided resources and technology to include "Ninja Dialer," "OPT," Google calendar, and provided leads, tracking metrics, completing client qualification forms, and booking appointments; with a goal of having 15-20 appointments booked per week. I also ask that you participate in weekly "Phone Team" on Fridays from 4:00-6:00 pm cst, where agents are dialing via "Zoom" meeting together-so that you can receive coaching and mentoring on a routine basis, while hearing from other rockstar's n the phone. This position has long term growth potential, including but not limited to: Recruiting Admin, Agency Admin, or Agent/Agency Owner (TBD), in addition to the opportunity to work more hours with another agent in the booking appointments.
