The Burzynski Group, a top Detroit-area wealth management firm is seeking an energetic, driven, self-motivated business professional for a full-time Financial Advisor career.

Our well established and growing financial firm in Troy, MI is seeking to add a Financial Advisor to our Team!
This Financial Advisor will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with company leads from our successful marketing outlets - including television, radio, workshops, referrals, as well as existing clients. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who enjoys building relationships and knows how to follow through with sales opportunities while providing superior client service; always putting clients first. Initial duties include working alongside the senior Advisor, servicing existing clients and supporting the overall team while learning the firm's best practices. Once ready, this Financial Advisor will regularly meet with new leads generated from the company's successful multiple marketing activities and/or regularly meet with and maintain relationship with existing clients of The Burzynski Group.
Minimum Requirements:
• College degree preferred
• 2 + years of financial services experience with an emphasis on sales
• Life Insurance Licensed; Series 65 preferred
• Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal & management skills
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superior customer service skills
• Exceptional organizational skills; ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word & Power point)
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM preferred, but not required
Position Responsibilities:
• Prepare, present and implement customized financial plans
• Assist clients with annuities, life, long-term care & managed money
• Provide financial planning services & advice to include investment planning, insurance planning, tax planning, & retirement planning
• Develop, manage and retain strong client relationships
