    We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is an extremely detail-oriented and personable multitasker who has experience as an administrative professional in a fast-paced office setting. This person will bring resourcefulness, organization, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, in-office position, located in Dallas, TX. Experience in any of the following is a plus, although not required: • Practice Panther incomplete signup • Electronic Signature programs • Outlook • Office 365 and Office Products • Adobe Acrobat • Box • Salary and Benefits information: • The base salary range for this position will be $42,000-$48,000 annually. • Performance-based bonus program • Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, and Holidays • Employer-sponsored health insurance, including dental and vision for team members. Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional client service and representing the firm in a professional manner. • Answer incoming calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate recipient, and take detailed messages when necessary. • Assist with planning and logistics for focus groups, including scheduling, preparing materials, and coordinating with participants. • Handle intake calls from potential new clients during periods when the intake specialist is unavailable, ensuring that all inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently. • Provide administrative support to various departments within the firm, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and document preparation. • Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus. • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is preferred. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Professional demeanor and positive attitude. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting is desirable but not required. Compensation: $42,000 - $48,000
