Property Management Accounting Intern-Part Time. We are looking for an additional energetic, ambitious individual to join our growing property management team. Located in downtown Orlando, The Bywater Company is one of Central Florida's oldest independent commercial real estate firms. Our ideal person will have two years of accounting classes and be proficient in Microsoft office. We will train to utilize our specialized Skyline accounting software. Our hours are flexible but no less than 16 hours per week. We are open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The pay rate will be $12.00 per hour.
