FULL STACK DEVELOPER
The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for working with senior level management and the development team in the full life-cycle of creating commercially viable web applications including design, development, testing, documentation, deployment, and support of web-based solutions.
Functional responsibilities will include developing solutions according to specifications, optimizing code for performance, implementing product-based solutions, and integration of off-the-shelf software, while working in a team oriented environment.
Additional responsibilities include participation in the quality assurance process, managing enhancements for deployed solutions, research & development of new technologies, and proof-of-concept work for new product ideas.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop object models, methods, and properties based on the defined architecture solution
- Design and develop integration points between custom and commercial applications/databases primarily for web environments
- Design and develop appropriate data schemas to support custom solutions and reporting needs
- Maintain source code using Git
- Work effectively with and support the needs of the project team members/managers
- Demonstrate oral and written communication skills to interface with both designers and developers
- Translate functional specifications into the build specifications, working within budget and time constraints
EXPERIENCE
Front-End
- Fluency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with ECMAScript 6, Node.js, SASS, and SVG's
- Quick hands with Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch to slice, dice, and optimize web-ready work
Back-End
- Experience with object-oriented design and programming
- Experience with “hands-on” .NET development for web-based applications
- A passion for technology, particularly the web-based magic of all kinds
- Strong working knowledge of .NET Framework
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Experience with the following technologies a plus: Web Services, Mobile Development Platforms, Test Driven Development, MVC
- Experience with content management principles and solutions
- Experience with MSF or Agile development methodologies
- Experience with UX design and processes
- Must possess creative problem-solving skills
- Experience using design support tools and productivity suites such as MS Office
- Strong oral and written communication skills
