This training is seamlessly integrated into our onboarding process and is provided to CAZA Agents at no cost. Additionally, we offer daily training sessions, personalized coaching, and strategic consulting to fuel your growth as a seasoned business professional. Our Clientele: We cater to a diverse clientele that includes new and seasoned investors, builders, developers, hard money lenders, legal entities like courts and banks, financial planners, business owners, attorneys, wealth managers, and various other prominent figures. Responsibilities: • Engaging with our investment community daily to understand their needs and provide top-notch service • Assisting investors in exploring House Hacking opportunities • Connecting our investors with properties currently under agreement • Identifying investment prospects suitable for short-term, mid-term, and long-term rentals • Facilitating the sale of properties on behalf of landlords • Managing the sale of assets for banks, courts, and financial institutions • Matching investors with necessary resources and funding opportunities Qualifications: • To be eligible for the Real Estate Sales Agent role in Washington D.C., DC, US, candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in sales or the real estate industry. • Proficiency in working with CRMs is a must-have for this position. • Essential skills include strong communication, organization, and time management capabilities. • Candidates must exhibit a team-oriented approach, which is a highly valued trait for this role. • A passion for continuous learning and a determined mindset for success are also crucial qualifications for this opportunity.
