How we train you: • CAZA Agents get access to GRID AI Training and become certified GRID AI Advisors • www.gridaicertification.com • This training teaches you the game of real estate investing and helps you understand the sales and wealth-building journey you are on. • This training is part of the onboarding process and is free to our CAZA Agents • We provide daily training, coaching, and consulting to help you grow as a business professional. Who we serve: Our clients include New Investors, Experienced Investors, Builders, Developers, Hard Money Lenders, The Courts, Banks, Financial Planners, Business Owners, Attorneys, Wealth Managers, etc. Responsibilities: • Reach out to the investment community daily to understand their needs and provide assistance in house hacking, property matching, and finding profitable rental investments. • Facilitate property sales for landlords and handle asset sales for banks, courts, and financial institutions. • Connect investors with suitable properties and financial resources to support their real estate ventures. Qualifications: • You should have at least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry or sales. • Familiarity with CRMs is essential. • Your top skills should include excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities. • A team-oriented mindset is crucial for this role. • A passion for learning is a must. • Demonstrated determination to achieve success is required. Compensation: $100,000+
