Over the last 5 years, The CAZA Group has transitioned from a single real estate team to a Real Estate Home Services Platform that supports teams and agents with marketing, transaction management, investment services, coaching, construction, title, and property management. Responsibilities: • “Always be consulting” by providing clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers - Provide “Raving Fan” service to potential/current clients, referrals, and hyperlocal farm • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community - research and understand the current market daily • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal - Investigate and understand client wants vs. needs • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business - Consistently produce new leads/business through Daily Lead generation • Train and mentor new agents - Train, Mentor, and advise new agents Qualifications: • Real Estate License • 1+ yr real estate sales or related experience • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. • Positive attitude towards customer service, a good sense of urgency, and hungry to grow or learn more every day • Team oriented, loves analysis, looking to learn from a mentor/team leader, and is coachable, committed, has grit, and is looking for the right team to help them succeed • Someone wanting to expand their business while having the opportunity to become a partner in the business. Compensation: $100,000
