Responsibilities: • Be there for your clients: provide them with your best service and advice to nurture your relationship, so they come back to you and refer new clients • Keep up with local knowledge • Focus on hyperlocal real estate • Consult with buyer and seller clients to know their needs and close the deal • Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Mentor and coach agents Qualifications: • You complete tasks quickly and efficiently • You have 2+ years of prior experience in the real estate industry • 40+ transactions a year • CRM experience • You are team-oriented • You love to learn and want to grow your real estate business • You are determined to succeed Compensation: $150,000+ yearly
