CSI FINANCIAL IS ACTIVELY LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED AGENCY COMPLAINTS SPECIALISTS TO INVESTIGATE AND RESPOND TO WRITTEN REGULATORY COMPLAINTS FILED BY CUSTOMERS AGAINST AN EXCITING AND GROWING FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY LEADER. STRONG WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE ARE NEEDED TO ATTAIN THE BEST POSSIBLE RESPONSE AND PROFESSIONAL RESOLUTION TO ESCALATED CUSTOMER ISSUES. CANDIDATES MUST BE COMFORTABLE PASSING A ONE-HOUR WRITTEN ASSESSMENT DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS.
PAY RATE: Up to $40/hr. depending on previous experience
