Job Description

 The CSI Companies is currently hiring a Mortgage Loan Reviewer for a reputable nationally recognized banking institution in the Glen Allen, Virginia area! This a great contract to hire role and our client is looking to quickly expand their growing team.

VOP Coordinator –

· Send daily VOP report to VOP Analyst team for review

· Review loans missing from the VOP Analyst report to identify if title is present in file

· Pull Daily ICD PCD reporting and upload to SharePoint site along with the VOP Exception Report and Completed Loans Report.

· Run current VOP Validations tool and send VOP Escalation report to fulfillment center managers/supervisors.

· Validate VOP Escalation Formulas weekly and update reporting as needed.

· Complete monthly generator update for the Validation Report

· Complete annual generator update for the Exception and Completed Loan Reports.

· Upload the company Ineligible Settlement Agent List and GSA Excluded Parties List to the Exclusionary Database Folder weekly.

· Upload the company Exclusionary List, company Ineligible Appraiser List, FHMLC Exclusionary List, FHFA Suspended Counterparty List, HUD Limited Denial Participation List to the Exclusionary Database Folder monthly.

· Run and send Cognos Report-compamy Ineligible Report to Lending Space email contacts monthly.

· Run and send Cognos Report-FHLMC Exclusionary List to War on Fraud email contacts monthly.

· Perform and save monthly testing to verify upload and quantity accuracy for all identified exclusionary lists.

· Perform testing, as necessary, when EIS makes changes to the database.

· Review, research, and respond to QC findings associated with the VOP team.

· Complete all Learning Portal assignments prior to due date.

· Complete P&C Reporting daily as outlined in the PPM

  Job Requirements:

Must have the ability to recognize non-compliance issues and effective communicate these to the appropriate parties Job requires a minimum of 2 years Mortgage Processing, Reviewing or Post Closing experience Candidate must be familiar with Mortgage loan terms and documentation Detail oriented and strong communication skills Ability  to work in team environment and independently; self-motivated and deadline oriented requiring little supervision Good analytical and reasoning skills, excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines High School diploma or equivalent Two years of experience as a Mortgage Lending Processor I or equivalent
