The CSI Companies is currently seeking a Office Assistant for a Contract-to-Hire position with one of our clients, .a premier and luxurious upholstery and furniture design company. Status: Contract-to-Hire Location: Las Vegas 89120 Effective Date / Tentative Start Date: Interviewing Immediately! Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour (Weekly Pay!!) based on experience and opportunities for advancement What you'll do: * Greeting clients and customer service * Answering phones, emails, and text messages from customers * Handling of client files and office filings * Account receivables & invoicing * Send out project estimates * Appointment scheduling * Ordering of supplies, materials, and fabrics for our projects * Scheduled project pickups and deliveries with customers Minimum Job Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Bilingual in English and Spanish * 1+ years experience handling office administration duties About Us The CSI Companies is a recruiting firm established in 1994 that has been awarded "Best of Staffing" for 5 years in a row.
