    The CSI Companies is hiring a SALES SUPPORT /  CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for our Fortune 100 healthcare client in PHOENIX, AZ (NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF E ROESER RD AND S 48TH ST).

    TITLE OF JOB: SALES SUPPORT / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

    PAY: $16-16.50 an hour (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate).

    HOURS: Full Time – Training is Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM, after training shifts are available between 7AM-8PM.

    Looking for someone that is open to working overtime as needed. 

    STATUS: TEMP TO PERM POSITION. This position will go permanent with this Fortune 100 company, and upon hire they will be eligible for outstanding benefits, 3 weeks of PTO, extremely low full coverage medical coverage, and much more! When you covert, this could very likely be eligible for pay increase as well.

    LOCATION:

    PHOENIX, AZ (NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF E ROESER RD AND S 48TH ST).

    EFFECTIVE DATE / TENTATIVE START DATE: Interviewing Immediately

    JOB DUTIES: Handling in-bound phone calls professionally, while providing excellent customer service Research and resolve sales agent’s questions relating to: how to use self-service tools, member concerns, Medicaid and Medicare verification, application status/eligibility, onboarding and certification processes, and commission inquiries  Document call resolution of each contact in various systems in a clear and concise manner Demonstrate the ability to provide a quality experience for all our customers Meet minimal performance goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

    REQUIREMENTS

    At least 1 year of customer service in a call center / contact center environment.

    Ability to communicate clearly and concisely

    Strong computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

    Ability to learn new computer applications quickly

    High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Medicare, insurance or healthcare experience is preferred.
