TITLE OF JOB: MARKETING SPECIALIST LOCATION: REMOTE (ANYWHERE IN THE US)

The CSI Companies is hiring a MARKETING SPECIALIST for our Fortune 100 healthcare client. THIS JOB CAN BE WORKED FROM ANYWHERE IN THE US AS LONG AS YOU HAVE HIGH SPEED INTERNET AND A DISTRACTION-FREE HOME OFFICE AREA.

PAY: $30-48 an hour (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate).

HOURS: Full Time

STATUS: CONSULTANT: Starting off as a consultant/contractor there is always potential for long term / conversion for the right employee upon business needs. Almost all of the positions within this client start off as a contractor due to being a Fortune 100 company.

EFFECTIVE DATE / TENTATIVE START DATE: Interviewing Immediately

JOB DUTIES:

1. Work with internal partners on end-to-end creation of marketing material including sales decks, collateral, web content, case studies, etc.
2. Translate Statement of Work/Project Scope into an executable, detailed business project work plan
3. Ensure project work plan is updated regularly and adhered to by all team members
4. Deliver specific projects within agreed objectives, timelines, and budgets
5. Understand and adheres to process/project management best practices
6. Proactively works to identify potential area of concern, propose possible solution, and escalate where needed
7. Ability to track budgets and accurately submit invoices/ expenses
8. Work with vendors and marketers on projects requiring content creation to ensure content is brand compliant
9. Proactively provide ongoing and timely communication
10. Meet with project and integrated partners to provide project updates, answer questions, and determine future need

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Journalism or 5+ years related agency experience is preferred

Excellent project management skills

High school diploma or equivalent

A reliable high-speed internet connection (the faster the better!)

Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace in a room with a closed-door
