CSI TECH is a national recruiting firm that is currently seeking a Jr. Scrum Master for our client.

This is a REMOTE opportunity for a well-known accounting organization and one of the largest professional services networks in the world.

Title of Job: Junior Scrum Master

Hours: Full Time

Location: Remote (must be willing to work EST)

Effective Date / Tentative Start Date: ASAP

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

If you have:

1+ years of experience as a scrum master

Scrum Alliance CSM Certification

JOB DUTIES:

Create project outlines and timelines and distribute responsibilities to team members.

Facilitate daily scrums, retrospectives, stand-ups, and meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing. Shape team behavior through excellent management via the agile method.

Remove project obstacles, develop solutions with team.

Ensure milestones are reached and deadlines are met throughout project lifecycle.

Document progress and communicate to upper management and stakeholders.
