TITLE OF JOB: REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - PROVIDER OUTREACH

LOCATION: REMOTE (MUST LIVE LOCAL TO FRANKLIN, TN FOR FIRST DAY                         EQUIPMENT PICK UP) 

The CSI Companies is hiring someone skilled in customer service (outbound calls) for a PROVIDER OUTREACH SPECIALIST for our Fortune 100 healthcare client in FRANKLIN, TN. You must live near the Franklin, TN area for equipment pick up and training, however you can work remotely from home as long as you have high speed internet and a distraction-free home office area after training.

PAY: $18 an hour (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate).

HOURS: Full Time - Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Central with a 30 minute lunch (2 weeks of training).  After Training Hours:  Slightly flexible with start time after training  (7am, 7:30am, 8am or 8:30am). Will work 8 hours a day plus a 30 minute or 50 minute lunch break plus 2, 15 minute breaks throughout the day M-F.

JOB SUMMARY

This person is responsible for calling 35-40 providers a day as a part of a chart retrieval program.

JOB DUTIES:

• Outbound calls to 35-40 providers a day
• Productivity / Metrics environment.  Will be held to attainable daily goals 
• Conduct research
• Document all updates regarding calls made and providers in computer systems
• Explain the chart retrieval program to providers over the phone
• Deliver professional and friendly messages to providers
• Building rapport among providers over the phone
• Maintain quality and productivity standards each day

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO I NEED TO HAVE?

• 1 year of experience where being on the phone was a majority of your position duties (please make sure this is documented on your resume to ensure an interview request)
• Experience in making outbound calls
• Good job longevity
• Self discipline to work from home in a distraction-free environment
• High School Diploma or equivalency (GED) required.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience with medical providers is preferred but not required.
• High speed internet at home as well as a designated, quiet home office space (ability to be hard wired with an ethernet cable by modem or router). 
• Knowledge of basic computer software and the ability to learn new computer programs
