The CSI Companies is hiring a Senior Customer Service Representative for a leading Financial Technology firm located in Cincinnati, OH on a ON SITE schedule, for a contract to hire position. Title of Job: Senior Call Center Representative Pay: $20 an hour DOE Hours: Full time Monday Thru Friday 8-5 Location: Cincinnati Ohio 45241 Effective Date / tentative start date: interviewing Immediately and offer contingent upon completing a background check. Job Details: The Senior Call Center Representative is expected to answer general inbound and places outbound calls in a call center with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and customer retention. Position Responsibilities: * Follows basic procedures and scripts. * Use fundamental knowledge to navigate company's customer information systems. * Have basic knowledge of company, services, and products. * Take care of inbound and outbound calls of a lesser complexity that are primarily routine or basic in nature. Required Skills: * An associates or bachelor's degree in related fields (preferred). * 2-4 years of someone working in a call center in the insurance industry, banking industry or financial services industry. * Comfortable working in a fast paced and goal-oriented work environments. * Looking for great customer service skills, great attitude, and professionalism.
