Job Description
Personal Lines Customer Service
Responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in an office setting. No selling is required in this position.
Duties include but are not limited too -
Maintaining files electronically in proprietary management system
Answering phone calls and assisting agents in answering clients’ policy questions
Occasionally working with underwriters to adapt policies for compliance
Assisting clients in filing claims
Maintaining good relationships with established book of business
Following up on signatures from insurance applications
Ensuring inspections are being uploaded to carriers in a timely manner
Manage policy log for tracking purposes
Manage renewals monthly
Applicant should have at least 2 yrs previous experience at other companies as an insurance agent or account manager and hold a current and valid insurance license. 4-40 CPSR license required.
Salary expectation will range 36,000-40,000/year, commensurate on experience.
Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm with NO weekend or evening hours expected.
Office is located downtown Tampa and parking is paid for by the company. Insurance and 401K available after 90 days.
