JOB BRIEF

Looking for an enthusiastic server to provide an excellent guest experience. An ideal candidate will be able to exceed customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly wages and tips. 

SERVER RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Take and process guests’ orders in a timely fashion.

2.    Memorize menu items for on-demand recitation.

3.    Up-sell menu items as appropriate for individual guests and parties.

4.    Manage large groups quickly and efficiently through attentive service and precise order taking.

5.    Maintain a fine dining atmosphere and handle guest complaints/requests quickly.

6.    Assess customers’ needs/preferences and make recommendations.

7.    Restock and maintain cleanliness of side service stations.

8.    Stay guest-focused and provide an excellent guest experience.

REQUIREMENTS

1.    Resume and proven working experience as a server

2.    Computer literacy

3.    Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
