We are seeking a Team Leader and Supervisor to join our established team. The Cannington Agency has expanded into Florida and is currently experiencing massive growth and expansion in the Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Our office has quickly become one of the fastest growing agencies in the country. In spite of the difficult times that our country has faced this year, our agency has had a record breaking year and continues to exceed company expectations. This position is an entry level position, with ability to promote within 45-90 days. Supervising Managers/Training Managers also participate in accelerated management training and are encouraged to be innovative and creative. You will initially be mentored and be provided with hands-on training for the first couple of months of being a new hire, then evolve to ongoing supervision and coaching of new hires.
