    We are the Carin Nguyen Real Estate Network (CNREN) at Real Broker. We are driven, positive, and a whole lot of FUN. We believe in not just making a difference but creating an impact. We're expanding an Inside Sales Consultant Team that positively impacts the lives of everyone we serve. To do this, we have two HUGE and equally important priorities that we will stop at nothing to accomplish. They are: • Establishing great relationships with prospective clients. We do this by proactively listening and finding out how they want to win through the purchase, sale, or investment in real estate. We demonstrate to prospective clients why we are the best of the best through our professionalism, experience, servant mindset, drive, integrity, and compassion. • Our people are our biggest asset and we will make a huge investment in our people. We value our team members, and we know their success is our success. Simply put, we really care about our people and we want to know your goals so we can show you how to achieve them. Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000+ annually (total comp plan: base salary + appointment bonuses + commissions + vacation/personal time-off + benefits) Responsibilities: We receive hundreds of fresh inbound leads every week, your job is to: • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible and to provide an exceptional customer service experience • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication in order to generate appointments for our buyer and listing Agents • Hone your skills/knowledge base by attending regular team/sales meetings, script practice/role plays with the team, and training to stay up to date on real estate trends, laws, and best practices • Update our database of prospective clients to make sure all levels and departments have access to the most accurate information • Track your personal performance and key performance indicators as associated with converting leads and setting appointments • Make money! Most who thrive on our team have a focused, driven desire for success and want to be part of an incredible, growing group of real estate professionals who have a mission to impact the customers we serve and the team that we work with. • Effective active listening skills and a natural curiosity which allows you to create rapport • Ability to clearly communicate with clients and team members in a warm but effective manner • A consistent positive attitude and customer service mentality • Ability to memorize, practice, personalize, and deliver your unique prospecting approach • Organized, systematic, and highly detail-oriented • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems (FollowUp Boss preferred) • Coachable with a strong desire to achieve goals and focus on results • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Currently have, or are interested in obtaining an Arizona Real Estate License Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000+ annually
