We are building an Inside Support Advisor Team that positively impacts the lives of everyone we serve. To do this, we have two HUGE and equally important goals that we will stop at nothing to accomplish. They are: • …establishing QUALITY relationships with our prospective clients. We do this by proactively listening and finding out how THEY want to win through the purchase, sale, or investment in real estate. We will show our prospective clients why we are the best of the best through our experience, servant mindset, drive, integrity, and compassion. Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 annually (total comp plan: salary + bonuses + commissions) Responsibilities: Working with the Carin Nguyen Real Estate Network, the Senior Inside Support Advisor will be on the front lines as our Ambassador for lead generation. Whether you are local to us or live remotely, you will be a hunter - looking for eligible sellers and buyers of real estate, and responsible for thoroughly qualifying them, updating our client database system, setting appointments for buyer and listing agents, and nurturing prospects who are interested but not quite ready. You will also: • Hunt, manage, and thoroughly qualify potential sellers and buyers on a deep level in order to make appointment and database growth goals as set by the Carin Nguyen Real Estate Network (CNREN) - you are PIVOTAL to our vision and team growth! • Fearlessly make cold and warm calls in order to engage with the local community and show the CNREN value to potential buyers and sellers • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and client relationship database, in order to generate appointments for our buyer and listing Agents • Track personal performance and key performance indicators as associated with converting leads and setting appointments • You will be accountable by regularly meeting with the Business Development Manager, and providing updates and sales reports to show progress toward personal and CNREN initiatives • Hone your skills/knowledge base by attending regular team/sales meetings, script practice/role plays with the Inside Support Advisor team, and training to stay up to date on real estate trends, laws, and best practices • Drive rapid growth through the expansion of our client base, using our proprietary systems, while embodying our core values and providing top-notch customer service • Update our database of prospective clients to make sure all levels and departments have access to the most accurate information • Make money! Qualifications: You are an existing ISA or have had previous customer service experience looking to work in a fun environment while working towards tough goals that are designed to help you achieve the mission. You want to be part of an incredible, growing team of real estate professionals who have a mission to impact the customers we serve and the team that we work with. • You want to work as a team to meet personal, professional, and team goals • You are driven, a team player, and goal-oriented • You CAN’T STAND negativity or excuses (Neither can we!) • You like to have fun and work with fun people • You are an experienced and driven sales professional looking to take a giant step forward with a clear career path OR someone COMMITTED to becoming a sales team leader • You are actively licensed as a real estate agent in the state of Arizona -OR- you are currently enrolled in Arizona real estate classes (Ask us if you need help getting started!) • You want or have the desire to hit beyond the goals set for you AND earn $100k or more • You have a passion for creating impact and making a real difference • You have a proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in inside sales, support, or customer service • High-level communication skills - both written, verbal, and interpersonal are very important to your success • You are teachable and coachable - willing to ‘trust the process as it relates to being a highly impactful individual • You have experience using CRM software as part of the sales process • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the office (if locally based) • The willingness to reliably work either Tues-Sat OR Sun-Thurs (whether locally or remotely) • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 annually
