Our mission is to bring quality food, consistency and attention to detail to the greater Los Angeles area.Join us and help deliver our delicious recipes and provide extraordinary dining experience that keeps our guests coming back for more!What we expect from you:Set up and stock stations with all necessary suppliesPrepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, trimming meat, and preparing sauces)Prepares a variety of food items using knives, electric mixers, immersion blenders, food processors, scales, and portion bags.Processes prepared foods for service using ovens, gas stoves, griddles, and broilersAssure that each item is cooked to the Chef and guest’s specificationsFollow recipes and make sure each dish is executed properlyAnswer, report and follow managements instructionsMaintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, broilers, sauté burners, ovens, flat top griddles and refrigeration equipment both during and after serviceStock inventory appropriatelyEnsure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashionAssumes responsibility for quality, food safety/sanitation and timeliness of products servedMaintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customersPrevious experience working as a Line CookServ Safe DocumentationKnowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and proceduresFamiliar with industry’s best practicesAccuracy and speed in executing assigned tasksAttention to detail.Perform other related duties as assigned by the management staffWe are looking for people that can follow directions and have a Strong work ethic.
