WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Assists in the creative development and evaluation of promotional strategies and programs.
• Coordinates promotional set up as directed by Promotions Manager
• Assists in the promotional set up on Patron Management (coupon codes, etc.)
• Update weekly scripts for announcements and broadcast to casino
• Interacts with casino guests and provides feedback to department
• Analyzes the marketing material and digital screens to assure all promotional collateral and marketing aspects are up to date and accurate
• Communicates promotional information to the Players Club and makes sure the team understands how the promotions functions as well as how they will execute and explain promotions to patrons.
• Driven personality that takes initiative and can work autonomously.
• Collaborates with A/V Technicians to ensure complete functionality of all equipment for promotions.
• Hosts game shows and acts as emcee for promotions and special events.
• Other duties as assigned.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of proven casino/entertainment/promotions experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills required.
• Must have keen attention to detail, organization and time management.
• Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be flexible and able to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
