    Ceshker Group Title is an up-and-coming title office located in the thriving city of Austin, TX. We are looking for a committed, long-term Escrow Assistant to join our team. If you are seeking an opportunity to advance your career in a professional environment with plenty of room for growth, then look no further. We require two years of recent experience in Texas as a Residential Escrow Assistant or Junior Escrow Officer at a law firm or title office. This role requires full-time work, Monday through Friday with some overtime required. This is not a remote position. The salary range is commensurate with experience. Responsibilities: • Some knowledge of the front, middle, and back end of escrow • Complete funding tasks such as ensuring all funds are disbursed accurately • Comply with all state and federal laws governing escrow transactions and escrow accounts • Prepare and send out closing packages to buyers, sellers, brokers, attorneys, and lenders • Adhere to all terms and conditions of the purchase agreement and monitor the progress of all assigned files • Interact and coordinate with industry contacts such as realtors, loan officers, underwriters, brokers, buyers, and sellers • Ensure all terms and conditions of the assigned closing tasks are being completed timely and accurately Qualifications: • High school diploma required — prior relevant experience or college degree preferred • At least two years of experience with residential sales, REO, refinance, short sale escrow, or commercial closings • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Thorough understanding of title insurance and the associated processes Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience + commissions and bonus
