Assist the Market Manager in the day to day operations of the farm market
Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts
Closely track inventory levels, price changes, sales data; communicate important sales and pricing data to Farms Manager/Finance and other necessary departments
Plan and develop the Agritourism philosophy and strategy
Assist with developing a calendar of events for the farm market
Arrange and organize scheduled tours of farm market operations
Daily implementation of animal care, livestock operations, and sales
Assist in managing safety, cleanliness, and functioning of equipment and interior and exterior of the physical farm market facility as needed
Contribute to marketing initiatives throughout the season
