The Children’s SPOT, Inc. offers Speech, Occupational and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programming for children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of cognitive disorders and developmental delays, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

The Children’s SPOT, Inc. is currently in search of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to work with an adult client in Potomac MD in their home. This is an in person position. The BCBA would be providing direct services and supervising RBTs in the home setting. This would be a part-time hourly or contract position, Monday, Wednesday, and potentially another day from 5 PM- 7PM or 5:30 PM-7:30 PM (4-6 hours per week).

The essential functions of the BCBA:

Assessment

Developing interventions

Training (Parent and RBT)

Updating treatment plans and submitting to insurances

Completing session notes

The ideal candidate for this position has their BCBA certification and is in good standing with the BACB.

Salary: $70.00 - $95.00 per hour
