Responsibilities: Proactively utilize social media, website, and email to connect with potential leads and keep a full sales pipeline Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs to generate property sales Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases for clients in order to facilitate smooth and accurate transactions Schedule regular follow-ups with buyer via email and phone throughout the buying process to increase sales results Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to provide desired results Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job This position requires some evening and weekend work Detail oriented regarding contract writing and review High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Must have own car and clean driving record Time management and strong organizational skills are key Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 at plan
