Responsibilities

• Engage in weekly lead generation activities
• Host two open houses each month
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities
• Consult with buyers, identify homes, and write and negotiate offers on their behalf
• Prepare Comparable Market analyses for listings, meet with sellers and list properties

Qualifications

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn systems and put in the effort to grow your business
• Licensed real estate professional
• Learning-based and growth-minded
• Willingness to learn and use scripts and dialogues
